As it wasn’t online order, the process seem simple enough however I would’ve liked to have photograph of the final product as it was sent for a funeral and online you just pay for a price of an image and you’re not actually sure what you will be paying for, but apart from that your service is pretty good as far as I knowApparently my friends loved the flowers they revived. But I never got to see them as they were for a funeral. It be great if a photo of the order was sent to payee prior to delivery with the email sent to say been delivered. That way you would see the final product you are paying for.

It's a website to hook local florists up with customers. How difficult is that? No real help in choosing the right florist. Unclear at what stage I was dealing with D2F and when I was dealing with the florist.Easy purchase but I would have given 5 stars if they could have advised the approximate time of day my $170 bunch of flowers was going to be delivered.

All ways easy to use and never had any problems. Although we have not seen the flowers we were told they were beautiful and in good quality. The only thing was my message read happy 64 birthday Janet, and there's read happy 64 birthday love Janet. But Janet didn't mind she got a good laugh out of it. But yes we would use them again.
